Changing Account Details

Changing your account details is an important function that allows you to update your profile information, contact details, and password in Acclaim Ideas.

 

Why:

Keeping your account details up-to-date ensures that you're receiving important notifications and messages. It also helps your team members to know who you are and how to contact you.

 

How:

Update your account details like name, email address, phone number or address, anytime by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Acclaim Ideas account.

  2. Click on your profile avatar in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. In the dropdown menu, select "My Profile".

  4. On the right side of your Profile page, click on the three dot menu .

  5. Here, you can edit your name, title, profile image, and password. Remember to save and update changes before leaving the page.

 

Best Practices:

Regularly check and update your account details, especially if your contact information changes.

Use a strong, unique password to secure your account.
