How To Share Campaigns Publicly

What:

Public Campaign Sharing is an exciting feature that will allow your organization to extend specific campaigns and innovation challenges to a broader audience. This audience may include your customers, partners, and internal stakeholders who may not be regular users of Acclaim Ideas. With Public Campaign Sharing, you can invite more people to provide their ideas and solutions.

Why:

The goal of Public Campaign Sharing is to enhance collaboration and engagement. By sharing your campaigns publicly, you provide a seamless way for your customers, partners, and individuals inside and outside of the organization to contribute their ideas. Anyone who wishes to contribute can do so without the need to log in. This feature opens up new opportunities to gather a wider range of perspectives and tap into the collective intelligence of the audience.

How:

  1. Navigate to the campaign you wish to share.

  2. Go to the Settings tab.

  3. Enable Public Campaign Sharing. Within the settings, choose the option to make the campaign publicly shareable. This option is located under Campaign Audience. Choose Public to receive a link that anyone can view. This allows anyone with the campaign link to contribute their ideas.

  4. Select the checkbox to Allow Ideas in this Campaign to be publicly visible.

  5. Click the Share button.

  6. Click the Copy button to save the URL to your clipboard.

  7. Share the campaign link through your own communication channels, such as email, newsletters, or internal collaboration platforms.

Best Practices:

Provide a clear and concise overview of the campaign's objectives and the problem it aims to solve. This helps contributors understand the context and align their ideas accordingly.

Specify any constraints, guidelines, or criteria for idea submissions to ensure that contributors provide ideas relevant to the campaign's focus. This helps gather high-quality suggestions and feedback.

Regularly monitor and review the ideas submitted to maintain the quality and relevance of the campaign. Implement moderation measures to prevent spam or inappropriate content.

Notes:

Only the campaign owner will be able to access the campaign's setting page.
