A very brief overview

Acclaim Ideas is a platform that provides a framework for all your innovation activity, and that can be fully customised to suit your organisation. It helps you discover and source ideas, assess them against your strategic goals, test them for viability, and develop them into full-scale innovation projects.

Alongside its management functionality, Acclaim Ideas features event-driven data analysis (i.e. determined by user actions within the platform) giving you access to extensive information about the health, balance and performance of your innovation portfolio.

The platform is made up of a series of modules, as follows:

Get your community all pulling in the same direction by defining and publishing your goals. You can tag ideas contributed to these goals to provide a baseline from which to start measuring the success of your innovation portfolio. We also refer to the Strategy page, which houses your goals and subgoals.

As the ideas start flowing, collect, organise and assess them in this module. Choose which ideas have the most potential, and progress them as tests to the next module for exploration and experimentation.

Explore and develop tests further through an iterative process of testing assumptions, learning and refining to understand how each one might create value for your organisation. Once a test has been sufficiently developed, you can qualify it as a credible option to pursue.

Evaluate your collection of options to determine which ones are most aligned with your strategic goals, and provide the right mix of benefits to become projects. Your pool of options remains in place for future use as circumstances change.

Our central project workspace blends the differing needs of organisation governance, project management and project delivery into one flexible space. You can use your preferred methods and tools, and enjoy a single view and point of truth about how innovation is being realised in your organisation.
