Introduction to Options

Modified on Fri, 28 Aug 2020 at 05:06 PM

This module allows you to analyse your portfolio of options against your organisation's budget, goals and innovation ambitions to select the best mix to put forward as projects.

You can group options together and analyse the financial elements, including expenditure and likely return on investment, as well as the projected timescale of each option.

The key features of this module are:

Portfolio Analysis - Analyse selected options against financial appraisal, strategic fit, innovation type and innovation ambition to assure a balanced selection. Compare the collection against your live project portfolio and Ideas coming through to make sure you don’t have any gaps in your portfolio.

Approval Management - Convene meetings to present, assess and decide which options in your collections to launch as projects.

Audit & Governance - Capture approval and key decisions throughout the process for a complete audit trail.

(Coming soon) Collections - Group options into a collection prepared for presentation for investment and permission to launch. Use collections to create your own personal group of similar option types, for example, transformative options, incremental options or high risk / high return options.
