You may alter the default Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages to set up a privacy policy and terms of service that their own customers must agree to, thereby protecting their organization from any potential legal liabilities arising from idea submissions through our software.

To update the Terms of Service: Click on the User Consent option to open the rich text editor for customizing the Terms of Service. Tailor the text to align with your organization's requirements and legal obligations.

After making the desired modifications, save the changes to apply the customized Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to your instance of Acclaim Ideas.
