Tracking Your Idea’s Progress
What:
Tracking an idea's progress is a feature in Acclaim Ideas that enables users to monitor the advancement of an idea through its lifecycle - from its inception to final approval or completion.
Why:
Keeping a close eye on an idea's progress helps ensure the innovation process stays on track. It allows you to understand the current stage of an idea, assess its viability, and make informed decisions about its future.
How:

Access the Idea: Navigate to the "Explore Ideas" section of your Acclaim Ideas dashboard and click on the idea you wish to track. You can also find the idea by searching from the top menu bar.

View Idea Progress: Within each idea's homepage, you will find a progress bar that indicates the current status of the idea. This could range from 'Submitted', 'Needs Review', 'Selected for Testing', to 'Option'. These status can be configured by users who have permission to edit the Workflow.

Review Key Metrics: Review metrics related to the idea, such as likes, follows, feedback received, scores from evaluations, and more.

Regularly monitor your idea's progress to stay updated on its status.
Use the idea tracking feature to identify potential bottlenecks or delays in the idea lifecycle.
